Our approach to coaching the coaches
We empower coaches to improve the lives of students. The way to become a great coach is to keep working on yourself, and your job is to model that, visibly.
§Coaches grow the way students grow: through reflection, repetition, and someone who keeps the bar steady.
§Your modeling is the curriculum. The way you show up to a 1:1 is the way they learn to show up to a session.
§This is not a manual to memorize. It is a set of moves to practice, return to, and refine.
It's the start of the season. A new coach asks during onboarding: 'I want to do this well. What does success look like as an Untapped coach?'

Be seen working on yourself this week.
- 1Name one thing you are personally working on, out loud, in a 1:1 with each coach.
- 2Tell one coach specifically what their growth has taught you.
By Friday, a coach has named back to you something they're trying to grow, without you asking.
