VIEW is a state of mind for listening.

Not a script. Not a four-step framework you run on someone. A posture you practice internally before you use it externally, so the parent or coach across from you can feel it land before you ever open your mouth.

The four lenses

Open one. Sit with it.

People feel your state of mind before they hear your words.

Role-play

Shift the state of mind.

Here's a parent statement. Don't reach for a clever response. Cycle through each lens internally first, what shifts in you when you put it on?

The parent says

"I don't understand why my child isn't being pushed harder. We're paying for coaching and I need to see results."

V

Vulnerability

Speak your truth, even when it's scary.

Inner question

What truth needs to be spoken, even if it's uncomfortable?

Practice VIEW on yourself first. The parent across from you will feel it before you say a word.
