Challenging conversations with parents
Let parents talk it out. Validate first. Clarify the shared goal: independence, confidence, skills. Name the difference between short-term relief and long-term growth.

§Inquire. Ask what they're seeing at home and what success looks like to them.
§Explain Untapped's approach and why it serves the long game.
§Walk forward. Agree on one shared next step the parent, student, and coach can hold.
A parent emails: 'I'm paying for results and I'm not seeing them. My son's grades are the same. What is the coach actually doing in these sessions?'
